PLASTIC MATERIALS FOR INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL PLANTS IN AREZZO

CIMA Chemicals grew out of an idea by one of the first three people in Italy to weld the new polypropylene polymer in early 1972. After working in local companies, Magi Leandro created CIMA in 1976 with the idea of building systems in an acid-resistant material that could satisfy the engineering needs of goldsmithing, silversmithing and galvanization plants.

After ten years in the centre of Arezzo, in 1986 we moved to our new, current location in an industrial complex of over 2,500 square metres for offices and a production plant for processing plastic materials (PPs - special self-extinguishing polypropylene, PP, PE, PVDF) and steel in compliance with current safety regulations. In 1993 Luca Magi, the founder's son, joined the company with the mission of expanding the fields of application into new sectors.

Extraction and ventilation systems

At CIMA, we design and build systems for extraction, ventilation, exhaust emission abatement, dust filtration, deodorization, stripping and soundproofing. We also produce a wide range of products, from treatment and processing plants for jewellery to simple tubs and storage tanks suitable for containing any chemical substance. Over the years, we have combined experience and innovation to expand our range since the production of chemical systems encompasses multiple sectors: pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals, galvanization, iron and steel, food, textiles, goldsmithing, foundries and waste treatment/water purification centres. Combined with the professionalism of our collaborators, our many years of experience and reliability have characterized our business, allowing us to count major national and foreign companies in different sectors among our regular customers.
