The towers are built entirely in solid PPs or PP without the addition of metal parts, so the final products are resistant to any vapour produced via chemical reaction, such as nitrous vapours, chlorine vapours, aqua regia vapours from metal refining, foundry vapours, vapours from the food industry, etc.
Air flow rates from 50 to 100,000 NMC/h.
Diameters from 500 mm to 3000 mm; heights from 2000 mm to 10,500 mm.
Towers come complete with:
recycled solution lifting pumps; extractors in PPs or PP; Ph dosing and control system; cooling system for vapour-cooling exchangers; electrical control panels with optional PLC.
